Consultation: We start with a chat—either by an in-house appointment, email or Zoom- about your design ideas, colours, measurements, and any questions you have. This helps me get a feel for your style and personality so I can bring it into the design.
Design Draft: After our discussion, I’ll send a follow-up email to confirm all the details, and then I’ll create a digital sketch of your jacket so you can visualize the design.
Leather Samples: I’ll mail leather samples for you to choose your preferred colours and type.
Fit Check: Sample jackets are fitted in-house or you’ll receive a sample jacket in the mail, and we’ll hop on a Zoom call to ensure the fit is perfect.
Updates: I’ll keep you updated throughout the process with emails about the progress of your jacket.
My custom service typically takes 8 to 12 weeks to complete.
