Shipping policy
At Luxe Rebel Leather Co everything is made in-house by myself, a one-woman badass boss making sure everything runs smoothly so times can vary but it will be so worth the wait.
Made to order: I’m here to make you look badass so making my leathers takes time, from ordering the leather to making it up. Jackets and clothing will be sent out up to 4 weeks after placing your order - so please be patient and I will be keeping you updated through the process. Confused about sizing just drop me an email as I'm here to help.
Accessories: Now these don’t take quite as long so they will be made and sent out 3-5 days after placing your order.
Custom: As this is such a unique service bespoke pieces will take anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks but I’ll contact you via email throughout the whole process to keep you updated – so don’t worry about that one.

Royal Mail is my main go-to venue to ship all orders out, but if you would like courier delivery please don't hesitate to contact me.

Times can vary especially at those special times of the year like Christmas. As a small business, the buyer must pay any customs, duties, and taxes levied by the buyer’s country.

Once your order has left my workroom it’s out of my hands but delays can happen. If your order hasn’t arrived within the timescale then stay cool and drop me a message through my contact form and I’ll resolve it with you.

EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS:
Unfortunately, due to the new EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) that came into effect Dec 24, I am unable to ship to the EU at this present moment.
I hope to navigate this new ruling soon and be able to ship to the EU again.
Packaging
Recycling is the way forward and I’ve worked hard to do this for you, everything from my boxes, bags, postcards, and tissue paper is all recyclable.
