I’m incredibly honoured and honestly still a little emotional to share that I’ve been named byF:Entrepreneur as one of the Top Female Entrepreneurs for 2026.
This recognition means more to me than I can fully put into words. Like many women in business, my journey hasn’t been linear, easy, or neatly packaged. It’s been built through long days, self-doubt, resilience, learning as I go, and a deep belief in what I’m creating, even when the path ahead felt uncertain.
To be recognised alongside so many inspiring, driven, and courageous women feels incredibly special.
Celebrating Women in Business
F:Entrepreneur, a campaign by Small Business Britain, exists to celebrate and champion women in business across the UK. Its mission is both bold and necessary: to increase the number of female entrepreneurs from 20% to 30% by 2030.
Women-led businesses are at the very heart of making that change happen. Visibility, representation, and community are powerful, and this campaign proves just how transformational they can be.
My Personal Reflection
Running a business as a woman often means wearing many hats. Founder, leader, problem-solver, cheerleader, sometimes all in the same day. Behind the highlights lie the quieter moments: taking risks, making tough decisions, balancing responsibilities, and persevering even when confidence wavers.
Being part of the f:Entrepreneur community reminds me that none of us are doing this alone. It’s a space rooted in collaboration rather than competition, and one that celebrates progress, not perfection.
This recognition feels like a reminder to pause, reflect, and acknowledge how far I’ve come, something I don’t do often enough.
Why the f:Entrepreneur Campaign Matters
Now in its ninth year, the f:Entrepreneur campaign shines a spotlight on dynamic and inspirational businesses led by women. Through storytelling, events, and content, it shares real experiences of challenge and success with entrepreneurs, the press, and policymakers.
Importantly, this campaign is aimed at women because inclusive entrepreneurship benefits everyone. There is so much to learn from these stories of resilience, innovation, and leadership.
The #iAlso100: Redefining Entrepreneurship
In 2018, f:Entrepreneur launched #iAlso100, celebrating women across the UK who are living the reality of modern entrepreneurship.
These are women who run businesses and volunteer, lead community initiatives, sit on boards, care for loved ones, manage side hustles, and advocate for inclusion and diversity. It reflects a more honest, human picture of what entrepreneurship looks like today.
The community itself is filled with support, friendship, collaboration, and inspiration, and that sense of belonging is truly powerful.
Creating Real Opportunities for Female Entrepreneurs
Each #iAlso100 member is showcased across the f:Entrepreneur website and social media platforms, with access to:
Exclusive monthly networking and learning events
Opportunities to host events and speak on panels
Involvement across Small Business Britain campaigns
Dedicated press and PR support
These opportunities help raise the profile of women-led businesses while giving female entrepreneurs a stronger voice and direct access to policymakers, ensuring women are part of the conversation shaping the future of business.
Looking Ahead: A More Inclusive Future
I’m incredibly proud to be part of a movement that is actively building a more inclusive future for entrepreneurship.
If you’re looking for female founder speakers, panel contributors, or real voices shaping conversations around entrepreneurship, leadership, and inclusion, I’d love to be part of that dialogue.
I’m passionate about sharing honest stories of building a business, navigating challenges, and redefining what modern entrepreneurship looks like for women.
